When More Effort Doesn't Lead
to Sustained Change

If you keep doing all the right things but still feel stuck, exhausted, or up against the same limits, the issue may not be your effort. In this free four-part course, Veronica Olalla Love, PCC, and Alexander Love, MCC, will introduce a new approach to deep transformation and guide you through an embodied practice so you can directly experience how sustained, meaningful change happens.

In this free course, you’ll learn how to:

  • See why more effort often leads to more frustration instead of meaningful change. You may be working hard, doing everything you know to do, and still find yourself stuck in the same patterns, burnout, or in a sense of limitation.
  • Discover the transformative power of Newfield’s OAR model. When the same frustrations, limits, or patterns keep returning, the OAR Model offers a time-tested path beyond surface-level fixes and into deeper, more lasting change.
  • Learn through embodied practice and collective experience. This course will offer an introduction to the OAR model, and then you will be guided through a practice that helps you embody the learning.

If you’re ready for deeper, lasting change in your life, this course is for you.
