Angela Cusack, MCC
Angela Cusack, MCC, ACTC, ESIA, is a globally recognized ontological coach and graduate and mentor coach of Newfield Network U.S. She partners with executives and teams to cultivate integrity, awareness, and generative presence in leadership and culture. Founder of Igniting Success®, a global advisory firm dedicated to weaving integrity through leadership, Angela brings over 25 years of corporate experience and an M.A.Ed. & H.D. from The George Washington University. Barbara J Eisele, PCC
Barbara Eisele, NCOC, PCC, NBC-HWC, is a transformational coach, educator, and mentor with over 25 years of experience guiding personal and professional growth. Beginning her career in nursing and health education, she later earned a Master of Counseling and discovered Ontological learning, which shaped her life’s work. A Newfield Network U.S. graduate (2003), Barbara has served as a longtime program coach and mentor and now focuses her private practice, Life Transformations, Now, on mentoring coaches to deepen presence, confidence, and authenticity. Known for her warmth, curiosity, and playfulness, she creates learning experiences that weave reflection, embodiment, and real-world practice. She believes life is a living journey, not a destination, and feels honored to walk beside others as they explore new ways of being and becoming.
Carol Harris-Fike, PCC
Carol Harris-Fike, Ontological Leadership Coach, Mentor Coach, and Accredited Coaching Supervisor, supports clients worldwide. Since 2011, she has served as a Program and Mentor Coach and Certification Appraiser for Newfield Network. Drawing on her studies of energy, including Reiki, Qigong, Chakras, quantum physics, and neuroscience, Carol explores how body, emotions, and language shape our way of being. She is the author of 5 Life Energies: The Choice You Have in How Energy Shapes Your Life and co-author of JICT Images: Journey with Intuition & Creativity for Transformation. Carol lives in the mountains of Western Colorado with her husband and dog, Cash, and enjoys Qi Gong, dancing, nature, reading, and fiber art while continuously exploring new ideas for work and play.
Croft Edwards, MCC
Croft Edwards is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Newfield Certified Ontological Coach (NCOC), leadership expert, and creator of LeadershipFlow, a study of helping individuals and organizations thrive. Since 2001, he has coached and consulted with over 10,000 documented hours. Combining business, history, mindfulness, somatics, and advanced coaching methods, Croft offers a unique and practical perspective shaped by his military, corporate, and consulting experience. As President of CROFT + Company, he leads a firm focused on leadership and change. He is the author of LeadershipFlow: Perfectly Square, A Story About Learning to Lead and Transforming a Company, and his second book, The Liquid Accordion: A Somatic and Embodiment Primer for Coaching In, With, and Through the Body, will be published in January 2026.
Dawn Hicks, PCC
Dawn Hicks, PCC, is an Executive and Life Coach dedicated to helping people embrace their gifts and become their healthiest, strongest, and most liberated selves. With over 20 years of leadership experience in education and nonprofits, she has coached professionals, led strategic initiatives, and strengthened organizational culture. Dawn blends leadership, yoga, and coaching to create a holistic experience that clients describe as direct, humorous, and energizing. Jean Kling, PCC
Jean Kling, PCC, is a globally experienced consultant and coach with over two decades of cross-sector leadership supporting executives, teams, and organizations through transformation. Her clients span healthcare, corporations, higher education, and public benefit organizations navigating strategic change and cultural dynamics. Her background includes peace-building in Northern Ireland, humanitarian work in West Africa, and conflict resolution leadership across Los Angeles County. Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this for?
This membership is exclusively for Newfield alumni who have completed Newfield’s coach training program. You do not need to be an active coach to join.
What's the difference between an annual and a monthly membership?
You have two options for membership: annual or monthly.
As an annual member, you will be billed annually, $720 ($60/month) for access to all monthly Learning Labs and archive recordings for the entire year, plus you receive access to two bonus webinars and have the ability to earn CCEs.
As a monthly member, you will be billed monthly ($75/month) and may only attend the Learning Lab held for each month you pay for. You will have access to the entire recorded archive, but your access is limited only to the month(s) you've paid for. You are not able to earn CCEs if you are a monthly member.
How do I access the monthly sessions?
You’ll receive an email with the session link before each session. The link is also available directly on the membership platform so that you can access it anytime.
What if I can’t attend live?
No problem! Life happens. All live sessions are recorded, and you’ll have access to the recordings through the platform so you can watch at your convenience while you are a member.
Do I get access to past session recordings?
Yes! Annual members have access to all past session recordings for the duration of their membership. Monthly members can access recordings from previous sessions while their membership is active.
Can I earn ICF CCEs?
CCEs are available only to annual members.
You can earn 1.5 CCEs for each monthly coaching demo and debrief session when you attend live, for a total of up to 18 CCEs per year.
If you would like to obtain ICF CCEs for a missed session, you may watch the recording and submit a short paragraph.
What is the duration of my annual membership?
Your membership starts the month you enroll and continues for twelve months. For example, if you join in April, your membership runs through the following April.
Will my membership auto-renew?
Yes. Your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel.
What is the cancellation policy?
Monthly members can cancel at any time.
Annual members may cancel to prevent renewal for the following year.
Can I upgrade from monthly to annual?
Yes! You can easily upgrade your membership from monthly to annual through your account on our membership platform. Simply log in, go to your subscription settings, and select the annual plan.
