Participation Agreement & Withdrawal & Refund Policies
Responsibility and Care - Self:
- Communication: Participants agree to communicate openly and seek support when needed.
- Participation: Attending all virtual conferences and completing activities is required. Participants should honor their physical limits and take responsibility for their learning.
- Health: The program is not therapy, and participants are responsible for their own well-being, seeking outside support if necessary.
Responsibility and Care - Community:
- Participants agree not to disrupt others' learning experiences and must keep shared information confidential.
- No spamming or solicitation is allowed.
Responsibility and Care - Newfield Network:
- Participants must comply with copyright laws and Newfield policies.
- All sessions may be recorded for educational and marketing purposes, and participants grant permission to use their image and voice without compensation.
- Non-compliance may lead to removal from the course, with no refund eligibility.
Key policies for course participation:
- Recordings: All course sessions (in-person or online) are recorded, and participants grant Newfield Network the right to use these recordings for educational and marketing purposes without compensation.
- Interactive Dialogue and Coaching: Participants agree to confidentiality regarding the identities of those being coached and acknowledge that the courses are not therapy. Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being and must seek external support if needed.
- Shadow Work: For courses involving shadow work, participants acknowledge the deep nature of the process and agree not to engage in this work with others unless trained. They are also responsible for managing their emotional reactions during the course.
- Copyright: Course materials are protected by copyright. Participants may not distribute or reproduce these materials without permission but can use them for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Withdrawal and Refund Policies
Key terms for students who wish to withdraw from the course Foundation Course, Module 1: FOL, and Coaching for Personal & Professional Mastery.
- Written Notification: Students must email a withdrawal request to [email protected] no later than 1-business day before the segment of the program begins. i.e. The Foundation Course, Module 1: FOL, and The Coach Training Intensive Conference. Once the program has begun, there will be no refunds.
- Non-Refundable Amounts:
- $500 of the tuition is a non-refundable deposit.
- $3000 becomes non-refundable on Day 1 of The Foundation Course.
- $5700 becomes non-refundable on Day 1 of Module 1 (Foundations of Ontological Learning).
- $8700 becomes non-refundable on Day 1 of The Coach Training Mid-Point Conference.
- Full tuition becomes non-refundable on Day 1 of Module 2.
- Additional Policies:
- Finance charges are non-refundable.
- All outstanding tuition must be paid in full upon withdrawal.
- A $250 fee applies for transferring between programs, except for The Foundation Course, which has a $150 transfer fee.
- Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days after receipt of the withdrawal request.
Key terms for students who wish to withdraw from the course Applied Somatics Coaching Certification
- Written notification of your withdrawal by email to [email protected] is required no later than 1-business day before the course begins.
- $500 US of your tuition is a deposit and non-refundable.
- Your full tuition is non-refundable on Day 1 of the Applied Somatic Coaching Certification Course.
- Finance charges on payment plans are non-refundable.
- Any outstanding tuition payments are due in full.
